Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-03-16
This privacy policy describes how DateMath (date.trysitely.com) handles information when you use our website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating transparently about our data practices.
Information We Collect
DateMath does not collect personal information directly. All date and time calculations — including date differences, age calculations, countdowns, Unix timestamp conversions, and time zone conversions — are performed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No dates, times, or other inputs you enter into our tools are transmitted to any server or stored anywhere outside your browser session.
We do not require account creation or login. We do not ask for your name, email, birth date, or any other identifying information as part of normal tool use.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behavior on DateMath. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on each page, which calculators are most used, the type of browser and device, and general geographic location (country and city level). This data helps us prioritize improvements and decide which tools to build next.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google under their privacy policy and terms. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
DateMath is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense. This keeps the site free for all users. Google AdSense may use cookies and other tracking technologies to serve advertisements personalized to your interests based on your browsing history across websites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Additional opt-out options are available through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. Even after opting out, non-personalized ads may still appear.
Cookies
DateMath itself does not set cookies for user tracking, preferences, or session management. Third-party cookies may be set by:
- Google Analytics: Session and interaction tracking for aggregate site analytics
- Google AdSense: Ad personalization, frequency capping, and conversion tracking
You can view, manage, and delete cookies through your browser's settings. Blocking third-party cookies may affect ad display but will not affect the functionality of DateMath's calculators.
Data Security
Because DateMath does not transmit or store any user-entered data on our servers, there is no personal data at risk from a server-side breach. The only data processed on our end is the anonymized analytics described above, which is handled by Google's infrastructure.
Children's Privacy
DateMath is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable privacy laws. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made. We encourage periodic review of this policy.
